Fan-Fiction under the pseudonym totality
I don't have a quote describing how great of a writer I am, you'll just have to take my word for it.
Or, you could give my stuff a chance and decide fo yourself.
The magic is in the details.
I published the first book of P.A.T.H. as Diamond. Then I unlisted it. Then I published all three books and the finale as P.A.T.H. Backing up.After I published the first book, I immediately started on book two. As I wrote book two, I started writing things that felt correct but didn’t align with what I’d already written in book one. It was the details. The main plot and the core of the story remained the same, but the details changed. The details weren’t right. I decided to start over with completion in mind. I rewrote the first book and then kept writing until I finished the book. Then I went through my editing process.Though it took much longer than expected, I’m happier with the book now.
At Midnight
Why Eclipsd, Totality, Midnight?Space, moon, night motifs.I love space. I have for a very long time.
I love the moon. The Earth has a ton of beautiful sights. Natural phenomena everywhere, but I think the giant rock in the sky is one of the more breathtaking.
I love the Night. Some people say there are no such things as “Night Owls” and “Early Birds,” but I disagree. I am a Night Owl. Through and through. Since I was young, writing has come the most naturally to me after the sun set. 10 pm to be exact.
Eclipse does not live in a cute high-tech cottage in the middle of the woods with her husband and 5 large dogs.
She began writing in middle school but didn’t find her voice until college. As a black woman with 4C hair whose favorite genres primarily featured white brunettes who hated how dull their hair was, she figured it wouldn’t hurt to pick up a pen. Now she writes fantasy novels that feature black women, with hair like hers, having adventures she would probably run away from. Maybe one day she’ll be able to do that in a cute high-tech cottage in the middle of the woods with a husband and 5 large dogs. And probably a cat that walked in one day and will never leave.
